Provider and staff in this office seem to think that use of masks are merely decorative as they are not worn properly above the nose and over the mouth; nor do all staff consistently wear them. Provider also thinks yelling at patients is perfectly acceptable even when his staff shows questionable competence and logic.

The workers were friendly and polite. They work as a team and know what they are about. They explain what they are doing in full. As for Dr. Platt, he explains what he is doing as well after looking at the ex rays and examining your mouth with what discussion you may have with him. He is polite, makes you comfortable, gentle, and definitely knows what he is doing. He loves ❤️ his job. He made a temporary bridge from scratch by hand ✋️... that was the stealer for me. Dr.Platt and his Saturday crew were the best ???? ???? ????.

I tried to cancel my appointment after reading the reviews and the "Dr." actually called me and screamed at me that it was my fault I didn't understand their Co-pay holder of $75, and is charging me anyways. They also sloppily text you with typos asking to send over your insurance information. Obvious scam.
