Pure Dental Spa West Loop

I have had my eye on PDS for maybe 7 years. First found them in Schaumburg and was taken aback by the spa amenities. From a heated scented pillow, gel eye mask or hand paraffin wax treatment, it definitely sets the tone. I found them through my insurance. They take my insurance but they don't take it if you know what I mean. The main reason I liked this office was mainly due to technology. I am prone to cavities and almost every dentist I go to for a drilling it is traumatic. The fact the PDS had laser cavity removal technology had me sold. However i don't even think I got a cleaning here ever. I have gotten multiple x-rays and consultations and a 3 to 4 grand treatment plan for wisdom tooth extraction. I was in severe pain (tooth abscess) went in for an exam in tears and they took x-rays, charged me 80 bucks and sent me home. 1 day later I end up at UIC for emergency antibiotics that they never gave me. 4 month later I have a VIRTUAL consultation that cost $129. I’ve had an amazing experience at Pure Dental Spa! The entire staff is friendly and helpful. At checkin, you’re asked if you’d like to add complimentary spa services to the appointment - who would turn that down?! I added the paraffin hand wax and warm next pillow and had the greatest teeth cleaning done by Ashley. Then, I came back for an invisilign appointment and Dr. Patel, Dr. Bond and Carmen had me in and out. This was truly the best dentist experience I’ve ever had, highly recommend.

Dr.Patel and the entire staff was very professional, knowledgeable and genuine during the whole experience of my wisdom teeth removal. Prior dentist failed to let me know the issues with keeping my wisdom teeth in or even mentioning that they were there. Here with Dr.Patel and his team that will never be an issue because they are very vocal and even break down the most complex situations into a step by step process to assure you the comfort you deserve! Google only allows me 5 stars but truthfully Dr. Prem Patel and his staff deserve much more then 5 stars for the experience they have given me and I’m sure so many others. Thank you again Dr.Patel for everything! Now let’s enjoy thanksgiving with no wisdom teeth!
