Seriously love this office and love the staff here. I love my new Dental office! Dr. Bui is seriously the best Dental dr ever!! she makes you feel comfortable and always has you involved in what she is going to do to your teeth. Staff is so amazing there and kind. the office is so beautiful and it just simply makes you feel so comfortable and calm. Thank you radiant smile and Dr. Bui!!
(Copied from my Yelp's review) TL;DR: Quality of service is superb. The staff and Dr. Bui are very friendly. I was due for a teeth cleaning during braces. Shopping around and I found Dr. Bui's office as it's close to my orthodontist. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I mistakenly booked a wrong appointment, and they were happy to update it at my convenience. I had regular teeth cleaning and the result was great. It was mostly surprisingly painless as well. I am impressed with the quality of service and could not be happier with the result. The office is spotlessly clean and all of the staff are vaccinated for COVID-19 as well. Highly recommend to everyone!
Look, I’m not saying that this isn’t a good dentist. I’m sure that for regular people, this is a great dentistry! However if you have any sort of dental trauma, this is not the place to go. I went here and made sure to explain my dental trauma and my fears, as I hadn’t gone to the dentist for a long time due to it. They assured me that everything would be fine and they would be happy to see me. My first appointment went okay, as I needed some teeth removed and they referred me to a few different places. The second time, however, was not a good experience. Due to my trauma, I needed to end my appointment early. The entire time that I was leaving, I was being told that I was a “baby” and “not being brave enough” to complete my appointment. I was literally crying in the office and they continued to make those comments. When someone has any sort of dental trauma, it needs to be understood that it takes a lot MENTALLY just to GO to an appointment, and so those comments can cause someone to
