Raleigh Comprehensive and Cosmetic Dentistry

Started bringing my teeth to this office after moving to Raleigh and couldn't be happier. The receptionists are friendly, the hygienists are great, and Dr. Williamson certainly knows his stuff. Now that my insurance covers 4 cleanings per year I'm happy to say that I'll be visiting more often!

From start to finish, every aspect of my visits over the past year or so at Raleigh Comprehensive and Cosmetic Dentistry has been nothing short of exceptional. Upon my first visit, I noticed that the staff at RCCD are incredibly welcoming and attentive. The receptionist handled paperwork and insurance efficiently, making the administrative process a breeze. The office, in general, was clean, comfortable, and calming, which helped alleviate the initial anxiety I had about visiting the dentist (which I hadn't been to since 2016). My dental hygienist was outstanding. She was highly skilled and personable, taking the time to explain each step of the cleaning process and addressing any concerns I had. Super frustrated with this dental office. I’ve been going here for years, but recently they’ve dropped the ball when it comes to customer service and accommodating needs. My dad had to reschedule two appointments due to work, and when he tried to make the third appointment, they told him that he is no longer a patient due to having too many cancellations. No warning, just removed from the office as a customer despite years of patronage and financial support. And today, when I need them to send my x-ray to the oral surgeon, they are conveniently out of office and not answering my calls. I asked for this yesterday, and they replied like they had completed the task. I’m super frustrated and will be switching offices after this. It really sucks because the actual dentists and dental assistants are very sweet. Hope things improve and fast.
