I had to get my first root canal here! Every single member of the staff, from reception, to my assistant, to the doctor, were all INCREDIBLE. They respected my chosen name and pronouns, answered every question, and took great care of me. They were very considerate in giving me nitrous Oxide on request, and humored me and my silliness after the procedure. I was so relaxed I fell asleep towards the end! I will 100% be going here for any future procedure that requires it, and highly recommending anyone I meet to go to them too. I forget everyone's names, but I wanted to thank the receptionist and assistant particularly for being so kind. You both were wonderful and did your jobs amazingly. I wish I could type more praise. No one wants to get a root canal, but Dr. Dalzell, and his staff make it as painless as possible. They provide great communication, care and respect. Dr. Dalzell talks you through each step and is there if you have any questions. They let you know up front what your portion will be and take care of the insurance hassle. Amanda, Meredith and his assistant were all friendly, helpful and kind. I would highly recommend their office and will go back if I need and Endodontic treatment in the future.

Dr. Dalzell and his staff were great! I had to get a root canal because of an infected tooth and his assistant was so sweet and he was beyond calming! I was able to get an appointment the next day which I was not expecting! He walked me through everything he did and the experience went better than I anticipated. It was painless and recovery was easy after with no issues thanks to his skill!
