My New Favorite Dentist! Rancho Laguna Family Dentistry. I am more chickener than the chickenest and I am completely at ease with the amazing Dr Shalaby and Staff they all are wonderful! So kind always thinking of you and your needs! I will stay with them forever! :) It’s always a pleasurable experience! Recommendations: ???????? in my book.
This office is one of the most friendliest staff I have ever met. Each and everyone of them are extremely knowledgeable and clearly explain every process. Annie Is always pleasant and thorough. Allie is a great hygienist and if you notice her plaque, she graduated summa cum laude! Dr. Shalaby had a great bedside manner, Is patient and thorough in explaining the dental procedures. I just recently changed to this dentist after being with my own dentist for over 25 years. I couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend this office!!!
The hygienist had left the practice unbeknownst to me. $103 copay for a cleaning when I have dental insurance! Could not see dentist without new X-rays. Would not do cleaning without premedication that was not required by my surgeon. I left never to return!
