This is my second time around. Dr Kaur gave me the most thorough diagnosis and explanations. She was always super honest, polite and professional. The staff is nice and refreshing.

I was hesitant about writing a review while I still am being serviced here but today made me go for it. I've been going to the Baltimore location for a little over 2 years. When I first made an appointment I was giving a date, then was called in at a sooner date and the day of that date, the office called to ask to reschedule my visit. I declined but that is the first sign I should have paid attention to. Secondly, when you first walk in, it feels dark, unpleasant and ALL the staff except for the lady at front desk seems unhappy. The turnover rate makes you think there's something illegal going on and ALL of the workers are "new out of school" and has no experience nor supervision while they are performing. Every once in a while the Doctor would check their work. The whole entire office seems to always be on edge and uncomfortable. One girl who worked there told me Dr Ravi doesn't know how to speak to her employees. The lady at the front desk over compensate and be extremely nice be
