Red Rose Family Dental

I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience at Red Rose Family Dental. During my initial visit, I was shocked to be told that I had 8 cavities that needed attention. This diagnosis seemed suspicious to me, so I got a second opinion. To my relief, the second dentist found that I had ZERO cavities. NONE! Furthermore, my first appointment was meant to be a routine cleaning, but instead of addressing my cleaning, the dentist insisted on starting the cavity filling procedure right away. This felt like a blatant attempt to upsell unnecessary services so I refused. Additionally, despite the promises made during booking, they never actually performed the cleaning that I had scheduled for. I found the whole experience to be unprofessional and deceptive. I would strongly caution anyone considering this practice to seek a second opinion before agreeing to any treatments, as their diagnosis and practices seem questionable at best.

Went to this office last week for a pain in my tooth. First the office couldn’t find any of my records so I had to redo all of my history forms. Then they told me they found my chart while I was in the room with the doctor after doing all new paperwork. Then the doctor told me I had 9 cavities. Knowing that is an outrageous number for a 27 year old that takes care of their teeth I went to Sardinia’s dentist to get a second opinion. They said I had 2. Red rose was going to charge me $3000 to fill 9 cavities ($1000 with insurance) I am now going to get 2 filled for $300 ($100 with insurance). Would NOT recommend red rose. Unless you want to be misled and pay lots of extra unneeded money!

Terrible experience. My crown fell off and the dentist would not put it back on. Said the glue I used won't come off. I mentioned all the tools they have and she replied " I'm not a mechanic ". The second she walked in the room I could sense a negative body language and attitude.. I went to another dentist later that day, they prepped it accordingly and I was on my way. So unprofessional. I'm sure a rebuttal will be placed with this review from "management " But I'm telling you as it happened. Very unfortunate. TERRIBLE.. I'm reading other reviews about the female dentist that just doesn't have great people skills. Almost standoffish. Now it's all coming together for me!!!!!!
