Was able to get me in on a Sunday emergency, very professional about payment plans and the options they offer. You can tell that they were busy but Dr. Kang was still attentive and obviously cared. Dr. Lee started the procedure she was super nice and executed very well in a quick manner.

Checked in 10 min before my appt. Was called back 10 min after my appt. time, which is totally acceptable. However, I was left in the exam room for 30 minutes with zero communication. When the dentist finally came in, there was no apology for the wait. In addition, she never even expanded the screen to look and review my incredibly expensive X-rays that I had just taken. In addition, she never even did an exam, let alone look at my teeth to see if she could identify what was bothering me. I have never been to the dentist and not had them at least look and try to identify the problem. When I asked her if we could please look at my X-rays, her assistant said “oh she already left”. She was in my exam room for maybe 2 min tops. Now my insurance will pay for a very expensive visit that was a complete waste of time! I was there for an hour! My family is now switching dental groups.

Tony was friendly and efficient as always with polishing my teeth. Fe did a careful and thorough job scaling and cleaning my teeth and doing gum care also. Fe also explained how to use a waterpik and gave me some tips as I had never used a waterpik before. Highly recommend this office.
