Called to set up an appointment for 2 of my kids with an oral surgeon. When we arrived, they stated they needed x-rays from our dentist. They called and our dentist did not answer so we had to sit around in the waiting room. I don’t understand why they didn’t take care of this ahead of time so the X-rays were ready. Fortunately our great dentist (Dr. Victoria Ton at New Day Dental) was quick to call back and fax over records. Then, after all that, they mentioned they did not have an oral surgeon in the office today. Agh! So disorganized and unprofessional.
Bad service. Doctor rust was the only good thing about this place. Besides that there is alot of drama here and girls with attitudes that need adjusted. You get what you pay for. I'm happy I've moved on.
Loved my experience at this specific Risas ! Thank you to Valeria and doctor Rest for the amazing treatment ! Would 100% recommend !!
