Incredible facility, very clean, very modern. I cannot say enough about how kind and helpful the staff is. The Dr was gentle, direct, and even called personally to follow up. Their team worked smoothly, quietly, and professional together. The entire experience was better than I could've imagined. The immediate relief I felt during and after treatment was priceless. Dr Carroll is top notch and was such careful hands barely felt any pain left with a smile literally. Once I was at my appointment, everyone was completely transparent with what the next step was to be. Each step was explained thoroughly. The staff is kind and patient. Dr. Carol is very skilled and kind. She explained what she had observed with the x-rays, and was completely transparent when explaining what my options were once the procedure began. She stopped mid-procedure to update me on what she observed, and we agreed on how to continue. The procedure was completely painless. She then advised me on pain control for the following days, and follow-up procedures with my dentist. Dr. Carol called me a couple of days after my root canal to check up on my status.
