Front office staff is friendly and courteous. They provide simple explanation of services to be performed and the patients out of pocket expense. I have not had any dental procedures done by Dr. Kim yet but I have had extensive work done by the hygienist. She is a fine example of the expert professional manner in which this office extends to the patient. Dr. Kim always examines me after the work is completed. Many people are fearful of the dentist but Dr.Kim and his staff strive to make your visit a positive experience.
DR. Kim explained the options and procedures with me. He was very easy to talk to. Best Dentist I've ever seen. Honest, pleasant to talk to, you will be glad you chose him to be your Dentist, I am !
Dr. Kim and staff at the Riverside office are all awesome. Best customer service experience from the receptionist in the front to the staff in the back. Thank you for taking care of me!
