Robertson Family Dentistry

Not recommended for Family Dentistry, STAY CLEAR for Crown/Root Canal Note: This is the first and only negative review I’ve ever written. Growing up, our family were patients of Dr. Richard Brysac in Parma, Ohio. The Robertsons bought out his practice upon retirement, so we became patients by default. Along with my extended family on my dad’s side, we remained patients here for several years. However, it became intolerable after they continued to push X-rays upon us on a nearly constant basis. Over time, when we refused, they reacted unprofessionally to the point where my immediate family no longer felt comfortable going here, and we left as patients to find another family dentist. After having a root canal performed a few years back (see my other review in contrast), it came time to replace the temporary restoration with a permanent crown. Dr. Kevin, Tina, and staff laid my anxiety to rest today. I had a procedure this morning that I thought in my head was a big deal but ended up not being a big deal at all! Dr. Kevin and Tina talked me through the entire process making me feel comfortable, confident in them, and more importantly confident in myself! I now have the confidence to schedule future dental appointments without being fearful of the dentist. I already scheduled my next appointment anxiety free!

I had a very good experience at RFD. Dr. Robertson and staff were very kind, gentle and made my visit feel very personable. Very thorough and explained all the next steps. The front dest ladies are very sweet! I would highly recommend his office.
