This is by far the WORST dentist office ! The wait for a teeth cleaning & exam is over an hr…The wait didn’t use to be long, They over book themselves and the customer service isn’t up to par. If I could give this place 0 stars I would! They may have fun things for the kids to do, but let’s be honest a dentist office should be where you get your teeth checked without the extra hr wait…So yes I will be finding a new location of rodeo dental for my children.

Huntyyyy if your not bringing your child here to rodeo dental ' not just rodeo dental but the one off of Scott street . I love bringing my kids here they are never bored here it's always something to do ' the whole scheme of it is amazing !!!! I'm 3 years in and done has another baby now she goes here also ' keep doing what you guys are doing I love it ' even the staff are amazing , they listen for the most part and are very gentle with my kids ' it's a win win for me !!! B

I am writing because I am deeply concerned about the customer service ethics that this place provides.I came here to get a routine cleaning and I said I declined an xray. I would rather be examined without it. For personal reasons, and radiation concerns, I didnt wanna get into, the lady at the front desk says “well you have more radiation from your phone, and they cover you. I respectfully declined and say I would like an exam without an xray she later budges. I wait an hour to be seen and the doctor and hygentist both ask me again why im declining an xray. At this point, i feel my patients rights are being violated, im saddened that i had to explain myself again and felt “bullied” into why its a bad idea. I know what works for me and my health and i felt that wasn't respected or understood. The only people who i felt were attentive understanding and welcoming were Raul and Ms Barry. Otherwise I suggest yall take your business elsewhere and look up the ADA guidelines on dental xrays
