Roger Druckman, DDS PC

I have not had a good experience with Roger Druckman's treatment of my TMJ. I have been a patient of Dr. Druckman's for nearly 9 months and have had more than one appointment abruptly cancelled by his staff during this time. Often, it is hard to schedule an appointment because his staff members regularly fail to pick up the phone during business hours. Additionally, the posted hours are incorrect and the doctor regularly closes his office early which adds to the difficulty of getting an appointment. When I do get in to see the doctor, he often forgets information about me and constantly has to reference his notes. I find myself having to repeat answers to the same questions multiple times after he forgets my previous responses, despite my attending monthly appointments for an extended period of time. I feel that my concerns have gone unheard and the doctor has done an inadequate job as a medical professional.

Dr Druckman has been a lifesaver following a TMJ injury from a car accident. Patient, realistic, and a wealth of expertise, his team has been wonderful to work with. A mouth splint was needed to correct a significant misalignment following the airbag’s hit to my head. It (along with neurological treatment for a TBI, etc) eliminated migraines, nausea & dizziness; allowed for a return to more normal sleep patterns; and resulted in pain-free jaw movements such that eating + speaking no longer hurt. When my symptoms relapsed alongside locked jaw, as not enough scar tissue had yet been developed, I returned to using his splint for a more comprehensive treatment period and immediately had a reduction in pain, improved range of movement, and sleep. It is evident that his splints allow for most mouths to regain a healthy range of motion and I’m hopeful that my jaw will develop enough scar tissue with time, as most do, to sustain a pain-free experience. My mom has struggled with TMJ for over a decade, and didn’t feel better until Dr Druckman!! He is an amazing doctor. He’s professional, respectful, patient, caring. We moved away to TX, and he still answered my phone call, text, email to help us finding a new doctor to continue the treatment. (Without charge) I’ve never met a doctor as genuine and loving as him!
