From setting up the appointment to leaving the office everything was beyond amazing. The staff in the front office were very helpful with all my questions and the assistants in the back were gentle. Dr. Allen was gentle from start to finish. He explained everything in a way that I understood what was happening. Definitely a great place and staff!

I made the mistake of reading the reviews before going to my appointment with Dr. Allen, so i was very nervous. But I had such a wonderful experience with the office staff and Dr. Allen, that I am reminded that there's always 2 sides to every story. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist was very professional and polite, and they were all prompt, comforting, and kind. Dr. Allen listened to my concerns and was reassuring. I highly recommend this office.

I was supposed to go in for a root canal. Ended up being after multiple times of trying to put the rubber dam on to ensure I was safe, we just couldn't do it. My tooth was at such an angle it was best to pull it and not risk my health. I too read the comments and grew nervous, but he was very nice and it really seemed he cared greatly that this procedure be done right so I don't get hurt. Even though I couldn't go through with it he was nice, professional, and very helpful. Would come here again if the need ever rises though I hope it never does! If the people you work with do not do a rubber dam with a root canal, get outta there or your health may be on the line. This is a great place to go. Very nice staff as well who lead me to a good oral surgeon to extract my tooth
