The whole staff is amazing... Very very nice and truly care about the patient and their well being. I had maybe about a 10 minute wait time but it's okay. I would recommend them to my family and friends

Not to happy with this place. Origianally my moms (81 years old) appt was for 11:00 am. The office changed it to 8:00am without our permission. When we arrived 1st one to arrive, all these people started to showing up at 8:00am. The waiting room was full of people. We We had to wait until 8:40 am before being called after I only complained. Still I waited a little longer. By this time they started calling the majority of the people with the exception of my mom. It just so happened that the clerk did not give the chart to the doctor. After 9:20 am and the doctor still had not seen her. I don't know if I will bring her back there. But for the first time going there, not a good experience.

Received a bill of $624 in dental work that was done over TWO years ago. The dental work was completely covered and I paid my portion of the work at the time it was performed. I checked with my insurance on 7/1/23 and they also verified work was covered. However, this current situation is unacceptable, and gives further reason to never go back to any Sage Dental. I have not been to this location for dental work for two years for this reason. Please have your billing team get on the right track to avoid patients going through unnecessary situations. Billing should be the ones contacting the insurance for their discrepancies, not the patient.
