Sage Dental of West Kendall

I had 3 teeth extracted. Was given written post op instructions. I followed the medication instructions as the label read taking meds 3 times a day. After the third day there was still immense pain and swelling. Called the dentist and was told she can’t give pain meds (guess she’s not properly licensed) and to go to the er. She claimed I wasn’t following meds instructions-and said they verbalized the instructions which isn’t true. She said that’s why they give written instructions.dr Sarmiento refused to help with pain and refused to take accountability for her staff-you’re on a production line in/out and wish for the best. There are many great reasons why Sage Dental of West Kendall has become my favorite dental office; but the staff, in my opinion, is what makes this office the best. EVERYONE in this office is professional, friendly and provide a very personal service. The specialists and dentists are the most skilled and compassionate I have ever met. I was extremely anxious prior to my first visit but now I look forward to my appointments. Again, the office staff including billing, hygienists, doctors, assistants, and receptionists provide EXCELLENT patient care. As a plus,the office building is very comfortable,attractive and clean.. what else as a patient can we ask for?

I just want to personally thank EVERYONE at the Sage Dental Kendall AND Sage Dental Pinecrest. If I could give this office and Pinecrests office a million stars, I would! I lost a filling and at first was under the impression it was no big deal. I was VERY wrong. It became one of the most excruciating, terrible ordeals I've had in a VERY long time. In a moment of severe pain and desperation I made an appointment to another dental office (not a Sage Dental practice) and was given an appointment I had to wait 8 days for (even though it was an "emergency"). 1.5 hours before the visit they called and cancelled bc they "just realized" they didn't take my insurance. That's weird since 8 days before I verified 3 times that they did. Needless to say, I was distraught. I didn't know what to do. As a last minute effort on a Friday at almost 4pm, I had little hope to find anything but I Googled "emergency tooth dentist" and by some divine miracle, the Sage website appeared. Thanks to the ter
