I was referred to Dr. Saltzman for a root canal, I went in for a consultation and he was able to to the root canal that day thankfully! He did an AMAZING job! definitely would go back and would recommend!
The dental work was fine but three people, including Saltzman, lied to me about taking my insurance. After having me completely set up for the procedure, they then tell me I'm responsible for the full amount and they would, "file with my insurance on my behalf". I went ahead with the procedure and paid for everything that day. Now my insurance has denied the entire claim and I'm out the full amount. I know I should have checked with my insurance first, but I was hurting and desperate. I feel like they caught me in an emergency situation and took advantage of me. If you decide to use this guy, make sure of your financial responsibility because they're not going to look out for you at all.
I highly recommend u dont go here only three people staffed doc very disrespectful to his assistants. I was here for root canal procedure was numbed up i was on my phone while they was fixing there OLD equipment he tells the assistant to take my phone never asked for me put it away but when my notifications goes of the flash came on my phone so he ruffly tosses my phone to other side on counter then i asked for it back he say no giving to yo parent so went get phone from my mom then i went back he send me home with numbed mouth doesn’t even start the root canal procedures all because i wanted my phone hes very RUDE.
