San Antonio Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics

The best pediatric dentists!! My children have been coming here for at least two years, and every dental visit exceeds expectations. Unfortunately, the biggest downfall of this office is their staff. Horrible customer service, extremely rude, and poor management (LAUREN/LAURA). While I was at my job, I received a message that my son's appointment was canceled despite the fact that he was in pain from his tooth. I decided to call the call office and had the pleasure of speaking to Lauren/Laura, who was already frustrated and extremely condescending. I explained the situation, but the manager was dead set on talking over me the entire time. As the conversation continued, she put the phone down in an attempt to "tune me out"; this was evident to me because I was clearly put on speaker and heard ALL the background chatter (yes, the staff will talk badly about you). Once the tactless manager returned to the phone, she got her last words in, sighed in frustration, and hung up on me! I called

Front office staff was super pleasant and accommodating. The dental hygienists were so great with the kids and made them feel totally at ease. The office is clean, spacious, and welcoming. Dr. G was great with the kids and at answering our questions. Highly recommend!

Wow, what a night and day difference! Today was my daughter's first appointment and I was just blown away! My previous pediatric dentist was good, but I needed to switch due to location and my daughter is in need of Orthodontic care. Today was just a cleaning and as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with such kind, warm smiles at the front desk. Then, they called us back and gave a tour of the place. EVERYONE that worked there stopped to say hello. Everything about this place just made my daughter and I just feel at home. It was just the change we needed on SO many levels. We can wait to come back! That's the way it should be..... Thank you guys from the bottom of our hearts!! ????
