Sauve Family Dentistry

I am so glad I found a personable dental office. Dr. Sauve actually listens and takes that extra care because he knows how nervous I get at times. The front staff are very pleasant. Linda did my check in and she was friendly and focused on checking me in.

From the moment I arrived until I checked out all the staff was friendly, knowledgeable,& very helpful. The hygienist ( Melissa ) was outstanding in every way. She was pleasant, thorough, listened to me & answered all my questions. The dentist was very nice as well. I have confidence in this group for my dental health.

Today was my second poor experience. The first was an appointment that lasted 3 hours, where about 45 minutes were spent actually being operated on, and the rest was spent waiting. I was told it would last about an hour. This made me late for an interview that was to come after it. My second poor experience happened on March 29. I had called when scheduling my appointment that I needed to be done by 4:10 PM, to make it for an appointment after. After being taken back 15 minutes late then my appointment time, that I arrived 10 minutes early to I finally finished at 4:50 PM. My barber appointment was scheduled for 4:30 pm, so I missed that. Sauve does good dental work, but is way too overbooked. He is constantly switches to different patients which leaves many patients waiting. Ontop of this, I had a 125$ bill, in which I tried to use my health savings card on, but the front desk lady insisted that that would not work . I plan on switching dentist offices and hope to get this copay reso
