I went there because I had terrible TMJ pain. I somehow wound up signing a contract for $2300 out-of-pocket for an appliance that I would use at night. I don’t really remember what it was for because I was in so much pain. I called a week and a half later when I felt better to cancel. But since I had signed the contract I had to pay what they had billed my insurance. Maybe it was my fault but not only did I use my lifetime reserve insurance amount but I had to pay cash out-of-pocket for something I feel I didn’t need. It all happened very fast in my 30 minute appointment. Yes, they were nice and talked a lot of information. But somehow they missed the mark with me.
