I was on vacation in Pittsburgh and, a piece of tooth came out while I was flossing. After some online research I found Select Dental in Millvale and I decided to give them a call. Not only I was able to book an appointment immediately and to be seen by Dr. Liao within just a business day, I was also extremely pleased by the kindness and professionalism of the Doctor and the staff. During the procedure, unfortunately my broken tooth kept fracturing requiring extra time and treatment. Nonetheless, Dr. Liao was able to quickly apply a temporary crown and avoid extra damage. A week or so later I received a call from Diana the Office Manager saying that my definitive crown was completed and was waiting for me. I recommend Select Dental with no hesitation, my problem was fully resolved, my trip did not suffer any change of plan and I will not even have to go see my dentist back in my hometown to complete the procedure.
I couldn’t recommend this dentist more! I haven’t been to the dentist in about 8 or 9 years. Had my first appointment today and was SO nervous. They were all so welcoming and gentle. I’m looking forward to putting my full trust into them to maintain my teeth!
Dr. Liao is a wonderful and caring dentist who I’ve been seeing for the last 5 years. I’ve gotten to know her personally over the years and always enjoy our conversations! She has always taken time to explain procedures to me and acted in my best interests when I was unsure about what my treatment options were and thanks to her I’ve been up to date on checkups. All the staff are quite friendly & I recommended them to my friends and family
