Everyone was pretty rude. Except the Dental Hygienist, Chelsea?, who took my xrays. She was awesome! Desk staff and Doctor, not impressed. Be sure to ask which door to use when arriving. Front desk staff were very rude when I entered the wrong lobby.
Dr Travis was very professional and kept me updated throughout the procedures that I have had here over the past few weeks. He explains things well so that you can make an informed decision. The assistants and support staff were kind also. They are flexible with rescheduling if you call ahead. I initially started coming here because of the location and my time constraints but will keep coming because of the service I’ve received.
Hello! I just wanted to say that I truly appreciate how great the staff was with me today. It was my first appointment and to be honest I'm not great with dentist visits. I'm grateful for Marilyn doing great with my adjusting to an issue I had and working well with me. Dr. Tanaka was very helpful and gentle and that's a first for me. I just wanted to say thank you all for being so wonderful to a woman and her teddy bear, BooBear the 2nd, and not judging. That's the first time I haven't heard any type of remarks about it and it truly speaks volumes. I appreciate you. Thank you again. Highly recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
