My daughter absolutely loves Dr. Nissen and the staff. They are all amazing. They are incredibly kind and patient and make you feel welcome. I would highly recommend them to anyone I know. They are the best orthodontist office I have ever been in. Honestly it’s an honor to have my daughter be their patient.

We love Dr. Nissen’s office! I was looking for a second consult for my daughter and we were referred by a friend who had a great experience here. At our first visit, Dr. Nissen was so kind, communicable, and recommended a much less intrusive treatment plan. All of the staff are warm, welcoming, and great at what they do. It is very easy scheduling/rescheduling appointments via phone or even text. The office is clean and organized with a large, very comfortable lobby/waiting area. I definitely recommend Dr. Nissen to anybody looking for an orthodontist!

My two sons have been seeing Dr. Shannon Hilgers-Nissen for several years now, at first in preparation for braces, then during the time of having the braces, and post braces follow-up care. She has been fantastic, very thoughtful, thorough, and honest, not to mention great with kids! The entire staff at the office (front and back office) are all fantastic and pleasant to be around. I fully recommend Dr Shannon and will be going back to her for my daughters in the future.
