Shepherd & Romano

Dr. Shepherd’s office is less than 5 minutes from our home, so getting to him is very convenient. My wife and I have been patients at his practice for 10 years and are always treated with respect, courtesy and the best of care. We are blessed by proximity to his office, but would gladly drive greater distance to continue our relationship with him and his staff. They are more like family members. It is always a pleasure to experience the consistent benchmark level of care and professionalism. Bravo!

Dr. Shepherd, was very rude and inconsiderate, does not care about his patients. I went in yesterday with a huge abscess on a broken tooth. He pumped me full of Novacaine  then tried to pull it, I was still feeling pain so he pump more in. When he tried again it was still painful so, then he said I was gonna have to take some antibiotics to get the swelling down and then come back. He wrote me the antibiotics but no pain medicine, now remember I was in extreme pain when I came in and the n he tried to pull it twice so now I’m in even more pain while on novacaine! He said just take some Advil! I was almost literally in tears it was hurting so bad, I went Jo to the front counter to schedule my come back visit and the lady saw how much pain I was in and then she went to the dr. And asked if was gonna give me enough pain medicine to get me through till the swelling went down. Now his office is very small and you can hear everything anyone says in there. Semi-annual appointment to have teeth cleaned. The hygienist is always right on schedule and Dr. Shepherd is always very thorough checking my teeth afterwards. He is the best dentist ever, has a great sense of humor and has always taken good care of me whenever I’ve had an emergency. His staff is always friendly and makes me feel welcomed.
