A minor, clearly benign mouth lesion ended up costing over $1,000 due to hidden fees and a $600 “preparation” charge before sending it to an outside lab. Even worse, they chose not to submit the pathology to our insurance—because it didn’t serve their bottom line. Dishonest billing, zero transparency. I would never return.
