Shrewsbury Dentistry

My experience with Dr. Mo at Shrewsbury dentistry was a waste of time and money. I arrived for my appointment on time and then waited 50 minutes to be seen by the periodontist for him to tell me that he can't make a proper diagnosis because the xrays he had were not sufficient. They had received my xrays the week prior so they clearly do not plan their patients' treatment until they are right in front of them. I understand that sometimes you run behind schedule but more than 30 minutes is ridiculous, you should just reschedule at that point.

I called and asked if I could be a few minutes late for a 3pm appt. They said no, I showed up 2:57. Front desk tells me appointment canceled because I didn’t confirm. 1) I spoke with you 40 minutes ago why didn’t you tell me at that time. 2) can send confirming messages but nothing to notify of cancellation. 3) stupid policy to cancel because someone didn’t have time to answer your call. Going elsewhere. To answer their reply below. I did call and speak with you/Dominique and was essentially told that’s how you guys do things. It’s okay, you clearly treat patients like a dime a dozen but thankfully dentists are also a dime a dozen. Already have a new appointment elsewhere and will transfer my family with me. The positive reviews have to be incentivized cuz no way this place is being represented accurately.

Couldn't be happier! Just switched to this dental office. This morning, I went in and had my annual dental checkup. The experience was great. The place is neat. Staff is super nice and efficient. They stay on their tasks super well. Love this place.
