I believe making your patient feel as comfortable as possible and taking the time to go over the procedure and what to expect is essential. I went to get one side of my wisdom teeth removed and had a very unpleasant experience. I woke up during and told them it was hurting me and they dismissed me and told me it was just pressure regardless of me screaming and crying. Keep in mind I had previously gone to a different dentist for my other side and was awake for the procedure and it was uncomfortable, but did not hurt. I swelled up terrible and did NOT have impacted teeth which would explain the swelling. I will say that it healed normally. Regardless, I will not be returning.

Classic bill padder !! Went to have daughter fake tooth glued back in… $500 later almost half to pay for unnecessary X-ray … lasted half a day. Dentist back home - no X-ray,more through approach and still working. Don’t fall for the “it’s illegal to do any work without an X-ray” routine. I gave 2 stars as receptionist was nice!

Hands down, the best dentist in the area. Located on luxurious siesta key, just moments from the number one beach in the USA, Dr Young Kim and staff treated me like a friend much more than just another patient. After years of being displeased with smug and insensitive dentists, I was welcomed in same day for an emergency extraction. Dr Kim and staff made the process completely enjoyable. They were personable, knowledgeable, efficient and kind. They put my mind at ease, worked within my budget and even let me play some music outloud to help ease me tension. Dr Young Kim is nothing short of a magician because everything from the Novocaine injections to the extraction of an infected molar were absolutely PAINLESS. I had to ask them if they would be done soon and he was already finished! Kind, considerate and compassionate care in paradise. I couldn’t be more grateful that my tooth pain is gone, and I’m lucky to have ran through so many terrible dentists that eventually pointed me to
