Smile Care Dentistry: Swetha Reddy, DMD

Both my husband and myself had appointments here. First of all the staff is friendly, AND they know their stuff when having to deal with the insurance company. When dealing with the insurance companies they were courteous but they didn't allow themselves to get walked on which meant WE received the benefits we paid for! The Dr. Reddy is not only kind, gentle and knowledgeable; she tells it like it is. But does NOT tell you that you need unnecessary procedures. How refreshing. I received an AMAZING cleaning. In addition they were able to get me in to get fillings done right away. I couldn't be happier. Clean office too. Can't ask for anything more! Out of 5 stars, I'd give them 10!

Needed to find a dentist fast because my daughter had pain in a tooth, was able to see her within 2 days. I specifically picked her because of the great reviews and was not disappointed. She is very sweet and caring. While there with my daughter, she had a cancellation and asked if I wanted to be seen, i agreed and had some work done. I usually dread the needle, but she numb the area first and was so gentle I didn’t feel a thing. She is great and will continue to see her in the future!

I was looking to establish myself as a new patient after having had a bad experience with another local dental clinic in Palm Bay. It took a while for me to want to see another dentist (almost 2 years), but finally decided it was time. After doing some research and reading the reviews, I decided to try Smile Care with Dr. Reddy. I was able to get an appointment very quickly (within a few days). I didn't know what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised at the clean facility, helpful and kind staff, and very kind doctor. I felt very comfortable. I especially liked that after my teeth were examined, and prior to doing any work, the doctor gave me a mirror and walked me through what I needed (something I could actually see) and what the suggested treatment plan was. This was new to me. Most often, doctors tend to offer services that aren't really needed. By holding that mirror and seeing things for myself, I was able to confirm exactly what she was seeing.
