Went in to Smile Carolina for the first time after changing locations of my dentists for convenience. Jennifer at the front was very helpful making the first visit seamless. It’s an extremely nice establishment with state of the art equipment and Dr. Johnson was very personable to make it feel like I’d been a patient for years.
"Dr.Jeff" Johnson , made me feel comfortable, and trusting , as he resolved quite a problem with my previous crown and build-up . He took great care in telling me about the "procedure" , in a manner that I understood. Oh , the staff at Smile Carolina Dental Group , are "off the chart" great !!! Starting with Jennifer , at the front desk, to all the assistants , everyone is fabulous .
Having a tooth fall out is not fun????. Especially when you are getting ready for your 50th college reunion!! Dr Johnson with Smile Carolina actually “ put a happy smile” on my face as he assured me all is well. I left today with a beautiful bridge and a big smile I could show off I have been with Virginia Gregory for many years and her staff that is family to all of us. Now having Dr Johnson take care of the health of my teeth, the desire to make sure I was happy with results , the kind and professional showing his care……thank you.
