I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE AT A DENTIST OFFICE. I went in for a chipped tooth and was immediately told I needed a crown. The dentist appeared to be in a rush, injected my gum about 7 times with anesthesia to make sure I was numb (I told her after the first injection I was numb), did not explain anything to me, shaved down my tooth, and left. I was told that the office manager was on vacation and the nurse struggled to do the estimate paperwork for my insurance, which I believe was not correct. The nurse told me she was going to put it the temporary crown, which I kept telling her was way too high. No one told me I was going to be in excruciating pain for 3 days. The crown was installed on Friday and by Monday night it had fallen out. I contacted the office the following Monday (yesterday) to ask when the permanent crown was going to be ready and Michele was extremely rude. Today I received a phone call from someone else at the dental clinic which caught an attitu

The facility is nice. However. They provide services that are not required as an upsell. For example. Then you get billed after your visit. Since most insurance does not cover these upsells. I told them i was not interested in florid and didn’t receive the service but was billed any way. Beware. I no longer use these office. Plenty of dentist in the area.

I have been going to Smile Dental on Bonita Beach Rd for almost 2 years. Obviously i gave been to other dentist offices in my lifetime but this Smile Dental office has the most happy kind and courteous staff i have encountered ! My dental hygienist Danielle is by far the best hygienist i have come across she does a spectacular job cleaning my teeth the last time I was in she notice some out of the ordinary things on my lower lip and suggested going to a skin doctor i did and sure enough i had pre cancerous cells on my lower lip! If she had not pointed that out things could have gone far worse So my point is first Thank you! This team cares about its patients !! You rarely see that anymore So i would HIGHLY recommend coming to this Smile Dental and ask for Danielle you will be so glad you did!!
