Smile Design Dentistry Downtown

I went in initially for a teeth cleaning. They informed me that I needed 4 things completed. I asked them the exact amount of how much it would cost. They gave me the exact amount. I agreed to the cost. After getting the work done, approximately 5 days later, I receive a bill in the mail of $278 more than what was initially agreed upon. I called the office and asked them why I received this additional bill. They claimed they did not see anything on their end. Very odd. I am still in the middle of dealing with this, but I suggest anyone to steer clear from this place.

Lety is a great dentist, apart from her professionalism she makes you feel comfortable and she answered all of my questions with out rushing me. Her sense of humor is very welcoming, just because of this I’ll be coming back to see her. If you come here ask for Lety!

I don't normally write reviews, but the experience i had at smile design downtown was unprofessional and bad. If you just need to get a cleaning then it should be fine. The dentist recommended I get 3 fillings 2 of which were very small and could probably be watched and one was not necessary but only recommended for cosmetic appearance. I had no pain , no problems at all when i went to see him for a cleaning and checkup. After he filled the 3 fillings, the one that didnt need to be done but only done for "cosmetic" purposes has been giving me pain now for the last 2 months, i have had to go to a different dentist who has recommended replacing the filling and start over. the manager at this office doesnt care, they dont want to help me at least get a refund for this bad filling. this issue would not have even been one had the dentist had more experience and not recommended a procedure that was unnecessary. he needs another 20 years to become experienced and i felt like a guinea pig. ag
