Smile Designers

Two times in a row now they charged more than the insurance allowance. Was even another customer in the office who while we complained was there to complain about the same thing.

I’ve been going to Smile Designers for 11 years. They’ve always been very friendly. Management recently changed, and I’m very happy with the new ownership. They have newer technologies and continue to provide great service. My hygienist the past few times has been wonderful. She really took the time on my teeth to get them sparkling clean!

First off I had a great teeth cleaning here previously. Then when it came to needing a tooth extraction the dentist declined to do it because I declined a very expensive implant or bone graft I felt was unneeded. I have a painful tooth and took off work for nothing. Very disappointing! Update3/21/23: They were supposed to send me to an oral surgeon but sent me instead to another general dentist so more time off work for nothing. I guess they just don't care if it's not them doing the work. I'll report them but likely will not do much good.
