I have received braces treatment here twice now (my fault for not wearing retainers) and they have been so kind and communicative through the process. The atmosphere is always so open physically and mentally, wait times are super short if any, and very flexible payment plans.
I’ve enjoyed the experience at Smile Doctors. I’ve seen the improvement and I appreciate the great customer service.
Brought my granddaughter to her appointment and was impressed to say the least. The receptionist was so sweet as well as the assistant that tightened her braces. The office manager offered us an ice cold bottle of water and saw I was having a hard time with my grandson so she brought out crayons and a color sheet to keep him occupied. When we were leaving he gave her his color sheet she hung it in her office which made his day! keep up the great work Smile Doctors.
