Dental appointment don clean Kevin

I called in to get serviced and the women I spoke with was rude she told me to call my insurance to make sure I was in network and when I called back it wasn’t an answer so I assumed that they were busy I tried again an hour later no answer so I kept calling and then I called from my mothers number and she picked up Immediately right after I called on my phone. I don’t think that was a Coincidence.

This place was where I went when I was a child and when I went to college I had some bad dental experiences and was excited to get back to Columbus and work with Smile Makers to get my teeth in good condition. The initial visit with Dr. Travis Ryan was good and informative and I felt like I was on the right track but then everything changed. I went to the Endodontist that I was referred to for potential root canals and was told my teeth didn’t need them and that Ryan should do fillings instead and that SmileMakwrs would contact me and if I don’t hear anything in a week, contact them to set up the appointment. Well, I called immediately the day I left my Endodontics appt and no one answered and I left a voicemail. Month(s) pass and I still hear nothing. So I call back and leave another voicemail since there was no answer again, requesting my dental X-rays so that I could go somewhere who will help and they call back from that voicemail and they did send me my record.
