Loved the experience with the new team at this office. Highly recommend taking your children here! The front desk is very welcoming, and the ladies in the back treated my children with so much care….just one recommendation that I do have is the Dr needs to stop yelling at her teammates, and use better communication! :)

Our experience here was pleasant! All of the staff was friendly and helpful with us! Mariellla was kind and friendly with us which made us feel comfortable.

Front Staffing has always been amazing!! My children have been patients for years. Dr. Keller was great. This new doctor (Dr. Dilks) gave two of my daughters medicine to numb their teeth and they both complained how they could feel everything. I had to go in the room with both of them. It was so painful for them. The assistant Ashley even told her to just stop because she has never seen or experience this with patient before. Dr. Dilks stop the procedure and we had get referred out to Goose Creek. My 17year old daughter had the worst experience today and she asked me not to even bring her back. I did give the office 3⭐️⭐️⭐️ because the staff knows my family and have wonderful customer service. It was the experience that gave me concerns. Thank you Ashley for recognizing my concern and having a voice for my children.
