Everyone in this facility is amazing and really works together as a team. The receptionist is really caring and helpful. Cyndi, your amazing girl. I called a week before my appointment because I was very nervous and she reassured me and talked me down and went through the process with me. They’ve been in touch with me for 2 years until I finally got the money to get braces. Paula, you are the best and so sweet I love you, thank you for walking me through the financials comfortably. And Dr. Sturdivant and his team really do care and make you feel right at home and make this process so easy. I’m the most anxious nervous person I know and they made me feel so comfortable I can’t thank you guys enough for all your dedication, hard work, and care you put into your patients. I’m so glad I chose you guys. Love you all!

I called to set up an appointment, however the person taking calls was completely rude, did not have the patience to explain the process respefully without the need of making people feel stupid. I just take my business elsewhere
