Rosie made the process super easy to understand and made sure all of our questions were answered. Payment options were accessible. I was sold when Dr. Bartschi took time to plan treatment vs others who rush the process. Definitely recommend this team!

My child has had braces since january. Not one month has gone by if she hasn't at least lost one bracket. I am very dissatisfied with the service that we have received because of the braces are constantly needing to go in for repairs. I had braces as a teen I don't think I've ever had to replace nearly as much brackets as she's done in less than 6 months.

We visited Country Club office yesterday, we were impressed how it was quick and easy it was to get started. The office was very nice and cleaned and friendly staffs. The doctor was spending very decent amount of time with his patients, very professional and answered all our questions and concerns. The Technician did such a great job talking his time patiently with good intentions and proud of his work.Overall I would most definitely recommend Smile Straight Orthodontic to my friends and families.
