Good experience on the multiple times I’ve been there. I’m usually early but arrived a little late for one appointment. Dr. Haider and staff/assistants have always been kind and prompt. Instead working right through his busy day he took the time to double check if I actually needed a crown for my front tooth. There were prior notes to get a crown but I’m glad he took the time to check. Luckily I didn’t get one and it saved me money and a headache. I ended up getting a cleaning instead and I’m very happy with the results. Very kind and personable staff every time

I switched dentists due to the high rated reviews I read about Ryan Le. However, I have not had the pleasure of being able to be a new patient to Dr. Le Ryan due to they are fully booked. The receptionist I was speaking with is Gipsy and let me just say that I have already encountered poor service. I phoned earlier and she kept saying the connection was bad so I called again and the lady whom I spoke with prior to being transferred to Gipsy heard me perfectly. I asked to be seen and she told me they were completely booked until September, I asked her if there was any way that she could fit me in due to I was a new patient. She said no because it was back to school and everyone had already booked an appointment. I have been in the medical industry and I know there is always room for last minute appointments it is all about time management. I conveyed to her I was already experiencing poor service and that why should I stay with this dentist as opposed to choosing a new dentist. She said
