Literally the worst dentist ever! Took my daughter in for treatment, they placed a temporary filling in her tooth and told us come back in a month for a permanent. When trying to book an appointment they were already scheduled out for a year, so I was told to come in as an emergency appointment. They then told us the filling was not temporary but permanent and that she needed an additional one on another tooth. Got that done and 3 months later the first filling fell out so we scheduled another emergency appointment for that. I was then told that because the temporary filling never got a permanent one she now needed a root canal that they didn't do and would have to find another dentist. They overbook appointments and don't even keep comprehensive notations in their patients files to give them adequate care.

This was the worst experience I have ever had here. To begin the procedure room we were in was extremely dirty with lots of trash left over from the previous procedure on the floor. I thought this was very unprofessional. The dental assistants even acknowledge that the room wasn’t clean. Their were no other patients in the waiting room and lots of employees were on their phones so they were not busy at all due to graduations. The dentist that worked on my son was extremely aggressive and had no concern or compassion for how much my son was screaming. He also didn’t acknowledge or communicate with me at all. My son was also completely restrained with no movement at all.This doctor left my son and myself traumatized from this experience. He should not be working with children. We will not be returning to this dentist.

Best dentist Marcela was a good with my kids she made them feel comfortable she’s the best, they do care about their patients best staffs ever I love their positive vibes
