Dr. D and her staff are beyond amazing. You can tell they take pride in their work. My treatment was beyond my expectations. The receptionist is so friendly and accommodating. She goes above and beyond to make sure you get the appointment you need in a timely matter. Even when the appointments are far out, she makes sure to call with any openings available. Always a welcoming experience!

I am completely appalled by the way I was treated. The front desk was rude and unprofessional from Day one. In my most recent interaction I couldn’t take the rudeness anymore, and gave the receptionist the same energy she gave me. They say “kill them with kindness” but in this case I had to react accordingly because it was totally unacceptable most importantly, there was a prescription error on their part. To my surprise I call to schedule an appointment, and I was refused service!!! Wait What!?!?….They claim They sent me a “dismissal letter” however I never received it. I ask three times what is the reason why I cannot make an appointment and she proceeded to tell me “I will re-mail the letter”. I’m After she saw I wasn’t letting down, she finally read me the letter as if I was a child being reprimanded. I’m disgusted! When I ask if I can speak with Dr. D, the receptionist claimed she’s a very busy dentist and doesn’t get on the phone! I ask myself, where is the fiduciary responsibili

Very precise and highly skilled doctor. Friendly staff and super friendly doctor. I have to drive across the whole island but it’s worth it.
