I’ve called from my cell phone, house phone over 10 times trying to make an appointment. I even filled out the online form with my information and no one has responded. They never answer the phone and it keeps saying their mailbox is full so you can’t even leave a voicemail
Excellent doctor and staff. I used to be nervous about going to the dentist, but I've been going here for a few years now and have only had great experiences. I've had a wisdom tooth removed and multiple fillings and have never had any issues with the procedures. They always ensure that you are comfortable. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a dentist.
My appointment started on time, however I still had a very long wait. The patient before me had an extraction that ran over unexpectedly. Despite the amount of time I was there, I honestly won't be going to any other dental office but this one. The staff was amazing number one, and the dentist was very gentle and effective. I was nervous and about to start fussing when he (the dentist) and staff made me feel better about my visit. He (the dentist) noticed that I was just nervous and scared, wiped my tears and told me it would be ok. The dentist was very honest with me about my oral hygiene, and that I can appreciate. I would recommend Smiles R Us to anyone.
