I wasn’t pleased with this particular visit because I could not get my teeth clean as expected. My appointment had been cancelled twice prior to coming to the office so I really needed my teeth to be cleaned. The receptionist’s attitude I found not very pleasing but whatever maybe she was having a bad day? But the hygienist said I needed a deep cleaning because the receptionist told me that my insurance would not pay for a deep cleaning which I know is not true. She said I would have to wait 4 weeks for until my insurance got back to your office. Since I’ve been coming to this office I have NEVER had a cleaning service not done! I was told I had to pay $175 really? I get 2 free cleanings a year. I’m very unhappy with your dental office at that s time I need for the office manager to contact me so I can discuss this further and get a true resolution to my issue. Thanks

My first visit they took X-rays and the dentist looked at my teeth. She said that I had g and a cracked tooth and I needed a crown. They also would not have time to clean my teeth. I was then taken into a room where I was told that the Dentist recommended I get a deeper cleaning that was $175 and not covered by my insurance. They are one of the dental offices on my plan. She refused to tell my how much the cleaning was that was covered on my plan. I asked if she could bill for that and I pay the difference and she said no. 4X I asked how much and could I just get the cleaning covered because it was better than nothing and she said no. She then explained that my insurance covered only a porcelain crown which they did not offer and I needed to get the better crown they offered which was $1,100. I told her I did not understand why they were on my dental insurance as accepting the insurance when they do not offer anything I need. I just called to have my x-rays emailed to me and was t
