Horrible customer service. I call corp office about a problem I'm having . Corp office stated I will get a call back still waiting . Bracket is cutting the inside of my cheek. Since I'm the one in pain and they got full payment they don't care.

I will be honest, this building does not look like your fancy, shiny, upscale place. In fact, it's a bit daunting from the outside. BUT that being said, once you are seen, you will not longer give a rats butt about how it looks! I brought my daughter here after a recommendation from someone, and I really really love the staff! They are usually very fast and efficient, but never dismissive. If I have questions, they answer them. I brought my daughter in knowing she was going to need some...let's say extensive ortho work. I was so worried that they would charge me a super high monthly payment for it all. They instead had me go through a lending company that has negotiated super super low monthly payments, more than affordable, and I am so greatly thankful for that!! They see my child monthly for ortho and are always very very quick, but still very attentive, and always just amazing. They make her feel comfortable and assured.
