This business was highly recommended for patients with special needs. My severely mentally disabled brother uses this office because of how hard it is to locate a dentist that accepts Medicaid and Medicare In this area. The wait time every time has been no less than 3-4 hours despite having an appointment. He is sat in a chair by the appointment time but the visit then takes no less than 6 hrs. Today his State appointed staff was denied access to him during his visit, even after being advised of the state authorization and requirement for his presence due to my brother’s disability, and volatile mood disorder, from a severe TBI during infancy. Today at 10 am for a simple cleaning, my brother arrived just before 9:30 am. The office manager (Edwin) stated to Billy's staff he changed his appointment to 11 because the dentist hadn't gotten there yet. At 11, he was sent to a room alone. Once there he was given a protein shake, without prior approval, or clarification of any allergy or dieta

I was pleased with the services from Dr. Crear and her entire staff. They always make you feel comfortable, and I really appreciate how they explain all details of the services you will need.
