Katie and Dr Boss were very patient with me. They explained, in detail, everything concerning the health and status of my #14 tooth. Dr Boss is quite the artist on the computer screen! They made sure I was comfortable and able to manage my minimal anxiety.

When did not responding to a text or phone call become justifiable to cancel an appointment and give it to someone else? What happened to trusting a grown adult to show up to an appointment on time they scheduled themselves specifically for said date and time. Waited 5 weeks for nothing and the VA is backed up a year out thank you for making my decision to get a referral to another clinic that easy.

My experience earlier today was excellent as Dr. Boss performed a root canal on one of my teeth. He said it would be a pain-free experience and he was 100% correct. I'm so glad he was able to adjust his schedule and work me in. I'd highly recommend Dr. Boss and his professional assistants. They made my day!!
