This is the cleanest dental facility that I’ve been in. That’s first and foremost to me. Every member of the staff is professional, friendly, and helpful. They all have beautiful, warm glowing smiles that are genuine. They truly have the desire and common goal to make every person who comes into that office leave with a better and healthier smile. Some businesses are driven only by money. They are driven by patient satisfaction. SIMONS Dental at Stapley and Southern is the BEST and ONLY dental office I will visit from now on. Dr. Yaddo is a master at what she does. She was gentle and patient. She stayed late and made sure that my smile was perfect and functional before I left. Every member of the staff that I encountered made sure that I was comfortable during my entire visit. I can’t say enough good things or Thank Somos Dental enough for helping me with my oral health and smile.
DO NOT GO HERE! I came in with an appointment for a tooth extraction. I was there for 2 HOURS with no treatment (I watched an entire movie on their TV in the exam room). The hygienists were all very nice (the woman I’m assuming was the manager was rude), but the dentist could not have cared less. I was given the topical anesthetic by a hygienist, then 30 minutes later, the dentist appeared to give me the lidocaine injections. The topical had completely worn off at this point and I told him as much and asked to be given more before the injections. They did but he couldn’t have been bothered to wait 2 minutes for it to kick in again before injecting my mouth 30 seconds later. I felt ALL OF IT! I made him stop after the second injection because the pain was so bad. I’ve had this done multiple times in my life and it never hurts due to the topical taking the sting out of it. But he was too busy to care. Then the dentist left the room again. 30-40 minutes later and I am STILL sitting there
