I have been a patient of Dr. Son Trung Le for past 20 years, From routine check-ups to more complex dental procedures, has consistently provided me with exceptional care. He take the time to thoroughly explain any procedures and answer any questions I may have, which always puts me at ease. I truly appreciate the personalized care I receive every time I visit their office. Furthermore, the staff is always friendly and welcoming, which creates a warm and comfortable environment. The office is modern, clean, and well-equipped with the latest dental technology. I have been seeing Dr. Son Trung Le for a few years now since moving to SF. He is a very friendly and caring dentist who loves what he does. He is passionate about dentistry and does great work. His wife, who manages the admin and front desk is also very lovely! I recommend Dr. Son Trung Le if you are looking for a dentist.

Dr. Le personally declined service of care on ground that our dental insurance does not cover his cost appropriately. Despite his service is listed in our dental plan's CARE package. All went smooth in appointment booking and patient info gathering, even receiving most recent panoramic radiographic images from another dental facility sent to his clinic. He insistence on another pano imaging, when we declined on ground of existing imaging, he did not update us upon arrival of appointment that insurance doesn't pay him enough to render services. Enough said of this clinic's characters. UPDATE: Thank you, Dr. Le's responding. This serves as a confirmed testament to his refusal of service, based on his expertise and the low insurance payout.
