Sonrisa Family Dental

Beware of this dental office! They either work off commission or bonuses. They tried to up-sale me services I didn't need. I scheduled an appointment as a new patient. I was trying out a new dentist because my regular one is far from my house. I went in for a standard cleaning. The staff was all professional and nice in the beginning.After they did X-rays and an exam I was told I needed a deep cleaning and one filling to be done. Keep in mind I was seen by my regular dentist 6 months ago for a standard cleaning and exam and he didn't find anything wrong with my teeth or gums. They gave me the quote for the deep cleaning and filling of $806 plus taxes I declined the service and told them I wanted just the standard cleaning. Once I declined the up-sale everyone's demeanor in the office changed from pleasant to a negative attitude.The hygienist (Jessica) refused to do just the standard cleaning so I got my X-rays and emailed them to my regular dentist and he looked at the X-rays and said

Sonrisa has friendly, knowledgeable staff from the front desk to the dentists. This was my first visit to their business so I anticipated good service. Not only was Sonrisa pleasant to me I observed them give all their clients the same great experience. Thanks Sonrisa!
